Individual Coaching

Individual executive coaching is aimed at individuals who wish to explore personal and corporate growth and change through the coaching process.  With the aid of a wide range of conscious and sub-conscious techniques, significant personal development is achieved, leading to positive outcomes for both the coachee and the business.

A programme will typically be delivered over a series of six One-to-One sessions, each lasting 1½ hours, every 4-6 weeks.  During the sessions the following areas will often be explored:

  • Establish the objective and outcomes of a successful programme
  • Identification of strengths and weaknesses from using 360 degree feedback process
  • Accredited Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and feedback to move self and other awareness to higher levels.
  • Development of future vision and behavioural changes
  • Use of psychometric tools if and as required
  • Expansion of leadership techniques around;
    1. Development of intuitive skills
    2. Active listening
    3. Reflection processes
    4. Emotional Intelligence
    5. Leadership
    6. Practical applications and real life learning

A wide range of coaching techniques will be utilised depending on the challenges presented and the most suitable approach for the coachee.  These may include although are not exclusive to behavioural analysis, emotional intelligence tools, psychometric testing (MBTI and similar), role play, mentoring and capability coaching around leadership behaviours and techniques.

At the end of each session, a task generally will be agreed, encouraging the coachee to adapt their new learnings and thinkings and assisting them in gaining maximum benefit from the programme.  They are encouraged to keep in regular telephone contact with their Coach, sharing observations, ideas and awareness.

Programme Objectives

The primary objective of the programme is to move from good performance to great. The method for measuring and assessing this will be devised between the the coach and coachee with significant input from the coachee’s own manager.   The benefits must be clear in terms of business results as well as personal growth and development for the coachee.

At the end of this programme, a follow-up audit process will be undertaken to measure and monitor the effectiveness of changes that have been made.
