Colin Hudson

Colin Hudson is a Senior Executive Performance Coach with a passion for people and the delivery of results through the engagement of all the staff within a business.  His unique and proven approach is to focus attention on leaders and their staff, valuing their role and contribution to an organisation in order to transform average performers into great leaders.

A former board level Senior Executive with a career in Operations and General Management in the UK and Northern Europe, Colin has held roles such as Head of Commercial Operations and Business Programme Director for organisations including British Gas and Luminus.  He possesses extensive leadership and management experience and has successfully led over 4000 staff to achieve business goals during periods of major business and industry structural change.

As a coach, Colin combines his leadership experience with high level coaching qualifications to work with business leaders from a position of understanding and empathy, enabling them to move their leadership performance to new levels.  He has significant international experience and works with a broad range of clients, both teams and individuals, from many countries across Europe.  His style is intuitive, confident, challenging and pragmatic, employing a rich and tailored portfolio of coaching methods including NLP and psychometric assessments.

Colin is also Director of Career Development at Cranfield University School of Management, guiding MBA students towards achieving their career aspirations.  He has an active interest in most sports, including coaching the mental aspects of performance, and has played cricket and golf for many years.  Qualifications and accreditation include;
